Shipping & Returns
Orders can only be delivered to a private address (e.g. home or work address). Kindly note that we cannot deliver any order to public places, streets, cafes and/or restaurants. If the payment is made with a credit/debit card, the person receiving the order at the delivery address needs to show his or her CNIC to our Delivery Agent.
Sealed items or packages cannot be opened unless the payment is made to the Delivery Agent. The Delivery Agent shall not take the item back if the seal has been opened.
If you later find out that there is any issue with the product bought, you can request a return by sending an email to [email protected] or if you are a registered user you can initiate return and claim refund directly from your SAEES Account.
Please keep in mind that the item's condition has to conform to our return policy.
How to return a product
1. Contact us
Send an email to [email protected] to create your return request, and select your product on the returns form that arrived with your order.
At this stage, you can schedule a home pick-up (only available in Lahore and Karachi) or choose your nearest TCS drop-off point.

•For a home pick up our courier will attempt collection on the next day between 8am and 8pm. If your box is particularly big please contact our friendly Customer Care to arrange a separate home pick up. (This refers to boxes 32x24x16 inches or greater – usually for orders containing large appliances and equipment).
Fill in the return form you received with your order.
2. Pack your product
To ensure your product does not get damaged during the return process and does not get lost, it is important that you return the product in its original packaging and that you simply stick the return label that you received with your order to the top of the parcel, making sure to cover the delivery label.
Your refund or replacement request will be successfully processed if the following conditions are met:
•The product is correct and complete, including the original tags, packaging, freebies and accessories
•The product is unused, and in an undamaged and original condition, without any scratches or dents
•Before returning a mobile, tablet or laptop, the device should be formatted and screen lock should be disabled. iCloud account should be unlocked for Apple devices.
3. Return your product
Head to your nearest TCS drop-off point or simply wait at home for the courier to come and collect it.
4. You're done!
We will send you a tracking number via SMS after the package has been picked up or dropped off. We will immediately initiate your replacement after it passes our quality evaluation. See below for expected timelines.
